Request Account Deletion

Thank you for using Fitback. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by following the steps below.

Steps to Request Deletion

1. Send an email to fitbackbd@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
2. Include your user ID and registered email address in the email to verify your identity.
3. Our team will verify your request and respond within 3 business days.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon successful verification, we will delete the following data from our servers:

• Your user profile information
• App usage history and preferences
• Personal data linked to your account

Data That May Be Retained

For legal and regulatory reasons, some data such as transaction records or logs may be retained securely for up to 30 days after deletion request. These are retained only as required by law and will not be used for any other purpose.
